All Irma Shorell, Inc. perfumery and skin beauty products are 100% guaranteed for purchase price no questions asked. You may receive a full refund, even if you simply do not like the product. Shipping charges, both going out and returning, are not refundable. There are six qualifications to our return policy:
- The product must have been bought directly from Irma Shorell, Inc.
- The package you return may be open, but the product must be full, and you must also include the box [not the shipping carton].
- You must return the product within 30 days of receiving it.
- The refund must be given to the original person who purchased the product, even if you received it as a gift.
- The refund credit must be applied to the same credit card the purchase was paid on, or if payment was made by check a refund check will be issued.

A return authorization number is not required. If you have lost your receipt, simply write out your name and address and we will pull the information from your file.
Irma Shorell, Inc. reserves the right to cancel and not fulfill orders from customers who have received and returned multiple orders in the past.
